Dental implants are titanium screws that are surgically secured into your jawbone. Once the implant bonds with your bone, it enables restorations to be attached.

Once your implant has bonded, over a series of appointments, we will construct your new prosthetic tooth restoration. With dental implants, you can once again experience the great feeling of a complete smile that is secure, stable and reliable.

In cases where all your natural teeth are missing but enough bone remains in the jaw, dental implants can also be used to support dentures. An implant-supported denture uses special attachments that secure onto your dental implants.

Implant-supported dentures are constructed on an acrylic base made to resemble your natural gums. Porcelain or acrylic teeth that look like natural teeth are attached to this base, which uses at least two implants for support.

Implant-supported dentures are an effective alternative to regular dentures. They are much more stable, making it easier to speak and chew without being concerned about the denture becoming loose or falling out.
